The facility offered a spacious room that was clean and well-furnished. A continental breakfast was provided every morning and the location was close to public transportation making it easy to explore the city.
the noise level from other guests was unbearable during the night which made it difficult to sleep.

We were disappointed with our recent hotel stay. the location was less than ideal, with a difficult climb up stairs just to find it. the entrance was constantly locked, causing inconvenience. the Wi-Fi that was promised on their website was not available, making it difficult to stay connected.
To add to our frustrations, the lack of communication from the staff only added to our disappointment.

The security of the hotel seems to be a concern as some guests reported that children were able to access their rooms with spare keys. The noise levels in the hotel were also an issue, with occupants making noise throughout the night.
